REFUNDS AND RETURNS:
When we Accept refunds:
- Decal is looking melted, blurry, or has streaks .
At TBirdi, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and exceptional customer service. We understand that sometimes, you may need to return or exchange an item. Please read our refunds and returns policy carefully to ensure a smooth and hassle-free process.
Accepting Refunds
We accept refunds under the following circumstances:
- If the decal on the item is melted, blurry, or has streaks.
- If the size of the item is too small or too big. Please note that we also offer exchanges for size-related issues.
- If you have ordered a monogrammed item and it needs to be exchanged due to sizing.
- You must ship the item back to us within 12 days of the delivery date. If the item is returned to us after the 12-day mark, we will not accept the return. We require proof that the item was dropped off at the post office within 12 days after delivery.
Non-Acceptance of Refunds
We do not accept refunds in the following cases:
- If the item is damaged due to shipping. Please contact us immediately if you receive a damaged item, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
Please note: We do not offer refunds on personalized or custom items if you have already approved the design. We take great care to ensure that the design and spelling are to your liking before proceeding with production. We encourage you to double-check every design we send to avoid any errors.
Shipping Policy
Once your order is complete, we typically ship it out within 1 to 2 days. Please allow additional time for custom orders. Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the package. You will be able to see the breakdown of shipping costs at checkout.

- Monogrammed orders may be EXCHANGED due to sizing.
- You must ship within 12 days of delivery date you received the item. If item is returned to us after the 12 days mark, WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURN. We must see it is at post office dropped off before 12 days after delivery .
When we DO NOT accept refunds:
- Item damaged do to shipping.
We will not refund on personalizations, or customs if you have already approved of design. We check with you several times that the image and spelling is the way you like, if you notice an error before pressing we fix no charge. Please double check every design we send so this does not happen.
