Refunds and Returns Policy
When We Accept Refunds
At TBirdi, we are committed to providing high-quality products and exceptional customer service. We understand that sometimes returns or exchanges may be necessary. We accept refunds under the following circumstances:
- Product Quality Issues: If the decal on the item appears melted, blurry, or has streaks.
- Size Issues: If the item is too small or too large. We also offer exchanges for size-related concerns.
- Monogrammed Items: If a monogrammed item needs to be exchanged due to sizing.
Return Process:
- The item must be shipped back to us within 12 days of the delivery date. We require proof that the item was dropped off at the post office within 12 days of delivery. Returns received after this period will not be accepted.
When We Do Not Accept Refunds
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Shipping Damage: If the item is damaged due to shipping, please contact us immediately for assistance in resolving the issue.
- Personalized or Custom Items: We do not offer refunds on personalized or custom items if you have already approved the design. We take great care to ensure that the design and spelling meet your approval before production. Please double-check every design we send to avoid errors.
Shipping Policy
- Order Processing: Once your order is complete, it will typically be shipped within 1 to 2 days. Please allow additional time for custom orders.
- Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the package. The breakdown of shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.
